This was the last of the winter concerts. All the ensembles were grade 11 and 12 and they did a great job with some challenging pieces.

One additional tip to that post - if you intend to photograph a school concert and you’re thinking about getting a good seat in the first row, unless your child is in the row closest to the edge of the stage, don’t bother. You want to get as high up as possible and, since most auditoriums slope downward, getting as far toward the back of the auditorium as possible is a better strategy as long as you have a long lens.
